We do not provide refund, cancellation or replacement on any of the products. If by any chance you received a missing or damaged product kindly contact our team within 12 hours of delivery period with a solid proof of damaged product e.g. opening video of the parcel.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 business days.
